AT&T HSUPA Upgrade Near Complete, Expanding to 350 Markets

Today AT&T announced that it is nearing the completion of its 3G network upgrade to full HSPA, offering both high speed HSDPA downloads as well as speedy HSUPA uploads. It also will expand its 3G network to 350 markets by year end.
