The Sony Ericsson W980 mobile phone was previewed last February during the CEBIT 2008. It is slated for a 3Q release according to Sony. So while we wait for the official release, we might as well take a look at what this baby is made of. SE is touting the W980 to set a new standard for music in mobile phones with its unique audio enhancing technology, combining it with Sony’s walkman on top design. This mobile phone will let users to listen to music the way they should be heard, that is, with clear stereo, clear bass, and  distortion free even at higher volumes. An outstanding feature of the W980 would be its built-in FM transmitter which users can share to any devices with built-in FM radio receiver.
