J.D. Power and Associates has released its 2008 Wireless Call Quality Performance Study Volume 1, ranking the U.S. carriers on customer satisfaction with call quality. Alltel, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and Verizon come out on top for the various regions in the country.
