This cell phone has been on the market for a little while. But the other day my buddy just bought the phone and I took a serious look at it. The “slide out” version of it, is really the way to go. It’s sleek, it looks good and the phone is on the small compact size for those who don’t want to carry around those bigger types of phones. The phone features both the touch screen and full QWERTY keyboard. It comes with VCAST Mobile TV, music (mp3, wma, aac files and VCAST video). It has broadband wireless internet access to support fast downloads.
Other notable features include:
- 2.81 inch external touch screen.
- Keyboard with large spaced keys for typing–need i explain more?
- Users can watch T.V shows who doesn’t want to watch some T.V on public transit? (Can be either live t.v. shows or pre-saved shows)
- T.V antenna–yes it […]

I know I Phone is old news sorta. But I was just thinking about back in “the day” when cell phones were so big they came in a briefcase. People would carry around there cell phone/briefcase to talk on the phone. Anyone out there who had one of those suckers and use to lug them around? I can’t even imagine the looks you would get from people pulling out your cell phone/briefcase in your local Starbucks. Seriously, people would think you are totally insane. I even remember the grey brick cell phones–I saw one the other day, some guy was walking and chatting on his phone and I was like god that thing is huge and very ugly. Anyways, the I phone has come a long way to say the least. Back in “the day” I bet they could not even imagine a cell phone like the I phone, […]

MySpace has just announced that it is going to available via cell phone. This is not really that surprising news. It was either going to be Facebook or MySpace to provide this service. MySpace just beat them to the punch. Sprint will be providing the service-this was a good idea as MySpace is the new social playground for all ages. This might make some younger users switch over carriers as there MySpace homepage is an hourly check for a lot of users. The bottom line is users want there messages on the go.
Users will be able to:
- View/edit MySpace profiles
- View/add friends
- Send/receive messages
Your next question is probably how do you access MySpace? 1st open the Web. 2nd select messaging. 3rd click on MySpace mobile link and voila you will be connect to MySpace. We will continue see a wide range of web based services being offered via cell […]

There has been a lot of emphasis in recent years on conserving water, but we all know that for most people self-regulation is damn near impossible. Enter designer Tommaso Colia and his Eco_Drop Shower. When the shower has decided that you have outstayed your welcome, concentric circles on the floor will rise&mdashmaking things too uncomfortable to continue. I don’t know if this concept will ever see the light of day, but I vote for modifying it into a moving wall of spikes. Now that would be effective. Additional pic after the break.

Dish Networks, sat TV provider, has won a block of the 700MHz band in the FCC’s recent auction. Given Dish’s primary business is television from the heavens, one has to wonder what they’re up to. At first, I thought internet, as DirecTV has. But the analysts say that the tiny corner of the band that Dish bought is actually not suitable for 2-way communication, and is better for broadcast. Maybe they’re planning to pipe their channels over the airwaves. That could be useful in portables. [Yahoo]

Alright, I get it. Eco-friendly types and people who have small apartments might appreciate a washing machine / toilet hybrid that recycles wasted wash water in the flush tank. It is a good idea, but there is something that is just plain wrong about having your clean clothes so close to the place where you poop—you know what I’m saying? Still, if you are a dude you could entertain yourself by watching the cycle spin while urinating.Nice. It may only be a concept, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see this thing popping up in tiny apartments sometime in the near future. [Core77 via Apartment Therapy]
